New update broke the application, and no, you can't use the app unless you update it to the latest version. The liveness test also failed miserably too many times, which is super annoying. All the documents that i have been signed is gone. Totally disappointed, oh also they slam the personal plan package on your face to unlock more basic feature. I guess modern solution need a modern problem

Cannot use the email verification, when resend the OTP always same and failed to verify. The face recognation alway failed to detect the liveness. This block my access to sign my document. Bad experience after update the apps.

New app update is worse, the older one is definitely much much better. Can't even see my documents again now, they are gone! Also, the signature placement is not WYSIWYG like before, it was out of placement
